Terms of Service

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Client") and Amber DeCicco (the "Photographer"). By booking a photography session with Amber DeCicco, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking and Payment:

The Client must pay Amber DeCicco a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking to secure the photography session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the photography session. Amber DeCicco reserves the right to cancel the photography session if the full payment is not received.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

The Client may reschedule the photography session once, subject to availability and with at least 72 hours' notice. If the Client cancels the photography session, the non-refundable retainer fee will be forfeited. If the Client cancels the photography session within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the full payment will be forfeited.

Photography Session:

Amber DeCicco will provide the Client with a photography session at the agreed date, time, and location. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all individuals to be photographed are present and ready at the scheduled time. Amber DeCicco will use her professional judgment to select and edit the images to be delivered to the Client.

Delivery of Images:

Amber DeCicco will deliver the edited images to the Client via an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. The Client will receive a limited license to use the images for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Amber DeCicco retains the copyright to all images and may use the images for promotional purposes.

Liability and Release:

Amber DeCicco will take reasonable care during the photography session but is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Client's property or any injury that may occur during the photography session. The Client agrees to release and indemnify Amber DeCicco from any claims or liability arising out of the photography session.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amber DeCicco is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By booking a photography session with Amber DeCicco, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
